Ready to launch your first email campaign with ZooTools? Our intuitive platform makes it easy to design, send, and track email campaigns to engage with your audience. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to create your first email campaign from start to finish.
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
- Log in to your ZooTools account.
- Once you're on the dashboard, navigate to the Email Campaigns section on the left-hand panel.
Step 2: Create a New Campaign
- Click on the Create Campaign button.
Step 3: Choose a Template or Start From Scratch
- Templates: Browse through our pre-designed templates for a quick and easy start. Simply choose a template that best fits your needs and click Select.
- Start from Scratch: If you prefer full customization, click on the Start from Scratch option to build your email design using our drag-and-drop editor.
Step 4: Customize Your Email Design
- Drag-and-Drop Editor: Add elements like images, text blocks, buttons, and more to your email by dragging them from the sidebar into your email layout.
- Edit Text: Click on text blocks to edit the content, font style, and size. Make your message clear and engaging for your recipients.
- Images: Add images by dragging the image block into the editor. You can upload your own or use stock images from our library.
- Buttons: Customize call-to-action buttons with your links, text, and colors to drive engagement.
Step 5: Set Up Your Campaign Details
- Campaign Name: Give your campaign a unique name for internal reference.
- Subject Line: Write a catchy and compelling subject line to grab your readers' attention.
- From Name & Email: Ensure that the "From" name and email address are set correctly to match your brand.
- Preview Text: Add a short preview text that will appear below the subject line in your recipient’s inbox.
